We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We check your pool equipment.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We test your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We vacuum your pool.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

What the Customer Does

Maintain adequate water level.

Report any observations of swimming pool issues.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for weekly service customers.
